"anychart.bat" creates a configuration file that tells FlashPlayer that AnyChart swf files can interact with local files. You need to run and use “anychart.bat” only when you create and test samples on your local PC (without using web-server to host it) that runs Windows OS.
It is located in register subfolder in Downloadable Package, for example: “C:\Program Files\AnyChart 5.1\register”
